How do I manage my subscription if I subscribed through the mobile app?

If you subscribed to SailRouting Premium through the iOS or Android mobile app, your subscription is managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not directly by SailRouting. To modify or cancel your subscription:

  • On iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions, find SailRouting, and manage it from there.

  • On Android: Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, find SailRouting, and manage it from there.

If you subscribed through the website (Stripe), manage your subscription from the SailRouting website as described in the previous question.
